The Digit-al Dozen Does Black & White: Groovy Interlocking Dot Nail Art

Using only black and white makes these interlocking dot nails even more trippy than I think they usually look! And as you may have guessed from this posts's title it's Digit-al Dozen time again and this month the theme is 'black and white'.

For the white and black polishes I used Cult Nails Tempest and Nevermore. You will definitely be seeing a lot of Tempest and Nevermore this week! I can't help but use them over and over again because they are both so opaque and have great formulas.

This was my first time trying this interlocking pattern!! It's easy in concept, but I must admit I struggled a little with placement - especially the really important first step where the lines cross. It looks really nice from far away (far away meaning arm's length, i.e. the usual distance my hand is from my eyeballs), but I feel like there are so many glaring flaws in these up close and personal macro photos :-/ Oh well, another excuse for me to practice using dots, huzzah!

I am excited to see how the rest of the ladies interpret this theme - not sure if most of us will be sticking to just black and white or not. Check out the other manicures for today below!
