Double Gradient art with China Glaze!

So today's nails are a fun experiment with gradients! I was really inspired by the double gradient 'mesh' manicure that Sarah of Chalkboard Nails did (here) and wanted to try something similar. I had a horrible time trying to photograph the purple -to- blue gradient that I did as the base because the colors were almost too subtle. I also used a new top coat today and I think the finish is a lot more satiny than my usual SV, which could maybe be throwing everything off?! Anyhoo, I thought this was a fun mix of colors and gradients.

The base is a gradient created with China Glaze Grape Pop, a red-toned purple, and First Mate, a navy blue. Then I taped off different shapes and did a gradient with white, Fuchsia Fanatic, a purple-toned fuchsia which looks practically hot pink next to the other polish I used, Traffic Jam, a raspberry creme. I really loved the play between all these colors together, with their different undertones!

Don't forget to check out the other gradient nails for today!
