MABB Beauty Q&A: Indie Polish?

Every other Wednesday, the Metro Atlanta Beauty Bloggers will answer a beauty-related question just for fun! This week's question is...

What do you think of all the new "indie" polish brands?
Ahhh, the infamous indie polish! Not everyone does, but I love me some handmade indie polish because it comes in so very many different shapes, sizes, colors, and finishes of glitter! To be honest, I wish I wasn't such a fan of indie polish because it definitely makes my wallet cry a little. My favorite indie brands are Dollish Polish, Sonoma Nail Art, Candy Lacquer and KBShimmer (with links to their Facebook pages if you were curious; no affiliate links or anything, just lots of pretty pictures). There seems to be a lot of drama and *~opinions~* that surround indie polish because of their handmade and possibly unstable nature (curled glitter, bleeders, crappy suspension, fishing for glitter), which I 100% understand but I guess I'm just a sucker for shiny things! I support and love the indie brands that I have shopped with so far. The only downside to being in love with indie polish is that it can be difficult to snag during a re-stock, which can sometimes be made easier by paying a little bit more and purchasing through a distributor like Llarowe or Overall Beauty.

And I also love some of the brands that are "indie" but made in a lab! Cult Nails, A England, ManGlaze, and piCture pOlish are some of my favorite polishes in my Helmers. They wow me with their top-notch formulas and unique-to-my-stash colors.

So, what do you think of indie polishes?! Any must-have brands I missed?
