Digit-al Dozen: Bewitching

Oooh, today's nails are so enchanting I feel tempted to call them magical! Originally I had something completely different planned for today's theme of "witches", but I swatched one of the new Lacquistry Halloween colors named Witches Warts (then did some nail art) and decided I needed to share it sooner rather than later.

I won't go into too much detail about my base color and the glitter because I'll be featuring it in a TGIF! post soon (aiming for next Friday as I have something special for tomorrow), but I do love the mix of purple, green, and black. On my middle and pinkie fingers I stamped the spiderweb pattern from my large DRK-A plate. My attempt at stamping the spiderweb pattern on my pinkie looks more like bones of a small creature to me, which makes it that much more witch-tastic. On my pointer finger I did a French tip in purple (China Glaze Grape Pop to be exact, but it's hard to see it), then I did a strokey gradient with a black striper. My ring finger features a half Ruffian, or perhaps just a painted shadow? It's not a highlight because it's black, but I really like how it looks! Very sliming ;D

I really adore this manicure and can't stop staring at how pretty my nails are!! And for anyone looking for inspiration, I think these would be perfect nails for an evil enchantress or otherwise villainous vixen for a Halloween ensemble.

Check out the other Digit-al Dozen ladies!

Also check out the other 'witchy' nails for today! Mine aren't particularly literal, but I was inspired by Lacquistry Witches Warts, so I think it fits.

So, how do you feel about this combo? Are you under my bewitching manicure's spell?!

  1. That polish is stunning! The stamp is perfect! :)

  2. Beautiful! I bought this polish too! Showing it in 2 weeks! :)

  3. Love your spiderwebs - they're so neat!
