Polish Days: Jelly Sammich Time!

I am so excited to be a part of Polish Days started by Hannah at Polly Polish! Today's theme is 'jelly sandwich'. I did an ombre of jellies with black micro glitter in the hopes that they would look like little speckled fruits.

The first nail is OPI Do You Think I'm Tex-y? and the other ones are different crellies that I frankened. This was my first time using my frankened crellies in a jelly sandwich and I didn't realize how truly creamy they are compared to the OPI sorbet. Because the difference in opacity sort of bothered me, I topped them with some black crackle going in different directions on each nail.

Not my very best jelly sandwich ever because that first nail really bothered me, but definitely a fun summer mani! I really like how squishy and juicy the crellies look under the crackle and it matches this hot weather we're having right now perfectly.

What's your favorite jelly sandwich manicure? Have you done one yet? I really like sandwiches; my favorite one evar is this Monkey See Monkey Do manicure when I re-created the awesome Revlon Royal and Sally Hansen Glass Slipper layering from Chalkboard Nails. I have some new diamond shaped glitters that I'm excited to sandwich soon :D

Check out the other participants in today's Jelly Sandwich Day!
