NerdLacquer Exterminate

I am such a lucky duckie! I picked this one up recently from a birthday club friend and I am so happy - it was on my wishlist and it doesn't disappoint. Exterminate is a great mix of colors - a bronzey base, with small black, gold, and blue glitters, and larger gold hex glitters (some descriptions say it's meant to have larger blue hexes, but I don't see any in mine). I paired it with blue because I like to do complimentary colors as accents most of the time!

Fun tid-bits about this mani:
  • Nerd Lacquers never, ever disappoint; with all the ones I've tried, I've never needed more than two coats, which is fabbb
  • Who knew that an orangey-brown + blue gradient would make green in the middle?! I guess that means it's yellow based :D
  • Using Orly Buried Alive as a base did not alter the NL in very much; in person it's even sparklier, but the overall color hasn't changed much
  • Pure Ice French Kiss is probably my favorite blue *shrug*
  • PS. In person I think the gradients were less harsh, but oh well

Do you have this one? Do you love it? Do you think that this combo of colors is crazy?!
Let me know :) And here are some bonus bottle shots - huzzah

    1. thanks! Gradients are so fun and easy, but after posting my third or fourth one in probably two days I finally realized that's all I had been doing lately :p

  2. These polishes look great together! The Pure Ice French Kiss makes the blue glitter of the Nerd Lacquer pop! Love!
