Day 7 - Black and White: Barry M Black + Essence The Dawn is Broken

I did some alternating tips with two new polishes I got from two different lovely international ladies! I got Barry M Black from Debbie and three of the Essence Vampire's Love collection, including The Dawn is Broken in this post, from Steffi in Germany. I really love The Dawn is Broken! It's a grey base with gold shimmer and little black flecks in it - seriously amazing. Look for another swatchy post featuring it in the future!

Then I decided to do mixed prints, stamped in alternating colors. I don't do mixed prints very often, so this was a fun departure from my usual nail 'art'. The white is Konad white and the black is Sally Hansen Insta-Dri Night Flight, which I think is just a blue-toned black, but could maybe be the darkest blue ever.

The next two shots are slightly more up close; I used top coat and I'm still figuring out how to put some tc without smudging the stamping. Also, note to self, don't stick my pinky out in a weird way because it makes my picture look bad and blurry :(

So that's all from here! Sorry this post is a little later than usual. Don't forget to check out the other ladies today - Bec at Lacquer Dreams, Julia at Julia Loves Nails, Linda at Nail Polish Enthusiast, Alyssa at Fancy Phalanges and Jenna at The Key to Jennasis, and Kirsten at Geeky Owl

  4. Oh thanks y'all! I think I struggle the most with placing things in the right spot because I feel so panicked about getting the stamping done fast enough
