Here's my first super simple 'Halloweeny' manicure! This is China Glaze Zombie Zest from last year's Halloween collection. I made a happy mistake when I was painting an extra horizontal stripe at the tips to try and prevent wear because this polish is a little thin, and I ended up with a subtle gradient!

The cloudy ring finger is a layer of Wet n Wild Fantasy Maker's glow-in-the-dark. It's really not very cloudy in person, but it's pretty cloudy in these pictures. These pictures were taken after a week of wear, so I'm pretty pleased with the longevity of this polish.

PS. I realize these pictures aren't really the best yet, but I'll be working on that once I get a little more time and clean up my work area. I feel like I've had enough practice painting my nails that I'm ready to tackle better photography. This list of photography tips from Chalkboard Nails has me feeling re-inspired to document my nail art better!

Have you done any Halloween manis yet? Do you own this color, or do you want it now?
